I (almost) wish I hadn’t just read ‘We Discuss the Geomorphology of Life’ and ‘Oceans of Kansas’, because I’m going to find it hard to think about anything else for some hours & days!
I am glad you found them worthy of further thought. Using geological themes and times always seems to me to place our musing about ourselves in the proper perspective.
